Our structure

In order to provide maximum levels of expertise and responsiveness to clients, Aéro Capital is organized in the form of departments, thereby ensuring the delivery of appropriate and accurate solutions which are best-suited to customer requirements. Each department is managed by a recognized expert in their field, who will be the main contact for the client until the project is complete.

Research and Development Department

Comparative economic analyses of different types of business aircraft, simulations according to the type of client, cost-effectiveness calculations based upon the analytical breakdown of operating and maintenance costs, profit-and-loss account and cash plan.

Inspection and Certification Department

Inspection of aircraft by a panel of specialized experts for the type of aircraft concerned: documentation expert, avionics expert, airframe expert, engine expert. Francization, maintenance contract: preparation, negotiation and establishment of contract.

Legal, Fiscal and Financial Department

Establishment of legal and fiscal conditions which are appropriate to the circumstances of the client. Provision of contact with a network of banks specializing in the finance of private commercial aircraft, negotiation and assistance in the preparation of documentation.

Quality department

Deployment of quality procedures between partners. Auditing and establishment of quality charters.

Operation and Data Processing Department

Conveyance of aircraft to its final destination, comparative and technical analysis, establishment of airline companies, inclusion in public transport fleet records, aircraft management system, Intranet or Internet reservation system. Provision of contact with a network of insurers specializing in the provision of cover for private commercial aircraft, negotiation and assistance in the preparation of documentation.

Aircraft Purchase and Sales Department

Investigation and preparation of bids and contracts. Completion of import (customs) and certification formalities (GSAC [Groupement de Surveillance de l'Aviation Civil: supervisory authority for civil aviation] and SFACT [Service de la Formation Aéronautique et du Contrôle Technique: aeronautical training and technical inspection department] and registration of the aircraft with the DGAC [Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile: the French aviation administration].

Training and Skills Maintenance Department

Recruitment, evaluation, qualification and skills maintenance for on-board personnel.

Communication and New Business Department

Communication and press relations manager. New business manager.
