In dealings with clients, Aéro Capital assumes
the role of a consultant, providing support throughout the potential buying process, rather than the role of a conventional
business jet dealer.
To this end, Aéro Capital has acquired an advanced legal/financial and fiscal resource, based upon a team of legal and financial experts and aeronautical specialists who are responsible for the operational management and maintenance of this facility. This tool is known as the
Magellan System.
Under the original approach adopted by Aéro Capital, the client is offered a tailored solution for the acquisition of a private aircraft, whether on a full ownership or shared ownership basis, based upon a detailed preliminary analysis of the type of journeys undertaken by the client. Should the conclusions of this analysis prove to be unfavourable, the resulting recommendation may be that an business aircraft should not be purchased.
Through its consultancy role, Aéro Capital has been able to establish relations with its clients based upon
confidence and a long-term approach. The resulting levels of satisfaction are such that the majority of Aéro Capital clients choose to renew these relations of confidence by the conduct of repeat business.
